  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4-7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees or additional charges.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • Emma Tailor Made is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returns must be shipped by mail.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 days after receiving the returned item.
